Kevin Ng has over two decades of experience in both Corporate Human Resource and Human Resource Consulting. Kevin is well verse in developing and implementing full strategic HR Solutions (transformation projects) as well as setting up HR frameworks in new startups which cover all areas of Human Resources (i.e., Compensation & Benefits (Rewards), Organization Development, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Recruitment, Learning & Development, HR Operations and HR Policies & Processes. He is also well versed in HR pre- and post-merger implementation initiatives including conducting downsizing exercises.

Besides the different functional areas in HR, Kevin’s key strength is in applying HR solutions to the business as he has experiences across multiple industries (Telecommunications, BPO/SSC, Financial Institutions (Islamic and Conventional Banks), Government Sovereign Fund, Power and Energy, Construction and Engineering and Holding Company Structure) and different lifecycles of the business.
