Syafiqah is currently the Head of HR for Natura Malaysia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Natura&CO, the 4th largest beauty group in the world. As part of a global team, she is responsible for implementing the people development agenda and partnering with business leaders in Malaysian operations to ensure alignment with the international team and cross-cultural assimilation. She is also the change management agent that drives employees and leaders to innovation, agility mindset, and digital business environments.

She has 13 years of HR management experience and a background of repeated success in implementing best practices and building feasible HR policies from scratch. She has transformed newly set-up organizations into cost-efficient strategic entities while becoming a valued partner in the Company’s goals. She has multiple industry exposure ranging from automotive, oil and gas, fashion retail, and government-linked company (GLC) to cosmetics, fragrances, and toiletries (CFT).
