Kiran Kaur is an accomplished and passionate HR professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in human resources management. Her expertise spans across talent management, talent attraction & acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organisational development, all underpinned by a strong commitment to people, diversity, and inclusion.

After graduating with honors from Upper Iowa University with a double major in Psychology and Management, Kiran launched her career as a graduate trainee at BMW Malaysia. She has since navigated a variety of HR roles across diverse industries, notably as an HR Business Partner. In this capacity, she has been instrumental in driving significant initiatives, including adopting new HR software, facilitating organisational growth and restructuring, fostering positive workplace cultures, and launching new policies and programs.

Her impressive career trajectory includes impactful tenures at multinational corporations such as British American Tobacco, Dentsu Aegis, Aimia, BP, Electrolux, and Organon, leading to her current role at the prominent French gas company, Air Liquide. Kiran is a champion of open, transparent, and engaging conversations with all stakeholders, from leadership to every employee layer. She firmly believes in the unique value each individual brings to an organisation and particularly enjoys interacting with young talent to gain fresh perspectives. Beyond her professional role, Kiran is deeply committed to understanding neurodivergent individuals and actively seeks ways to cultivate greater acceptance and inclusion in society.
