With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Koljit Singh boasts a broad expertise in various aspects of people management. His extensive background encompasses Compensation and Benefits Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development Management, Succession and Talent Management, Union Management, Industrial Relations, Change Management, Culture Building, Organisation Development, and HRM Strategic Management.

Koljit’s comprehensive knowledge in all of these crucial areas related to people enables him to make significant contributions to both the long and short-term strategic objectives of the organization. He is dedicated to optimizing organizational effectiveness and ensuring the company attains its goals.

As the APAC HR Director at Flexsys, Koljit holds a pivotal leadership role. He manages a team of direct and indirect reports across several locations in the Asia region. Koljit collaborates closely with business stakeholders and directly supervises the full range of HR strategies. This includes introducing and evaluating HR best practices in talent management, total rewards, talent attraction, and operational excellence. Additionally, he oversees HR projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
