Li Lin is the HR Director for Kimberly-Clark Malaysia & Singapore, maker of essential everyday products including Huggies, Kotex, Kleenex, Scott, and Poise. With in-depth strategic HR partnership expertise from a country and regional perspective, she currently leads the People and Culture Agenda for close to 1200 employees across the various functions within the business. Li Lin brings over 19 years of technical HR knowledge, particularly in new business setup – oversea expansion, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, talent management, strategic workforce planning, learning & developments, employee engagement & retention as well as HR operations. She also has experience working across various industries including Consultancy, Tele-conference, Technology, Oil & Gas, Engineering and Service and FMCG industries.
