She began her professional journey as a legal practitioner specialising in industrial relations and employment law, before transitioning into key HR roles where she has successfully led transformation efforts, organisational turnarounds, and cultural change initiatives.

Her expertise lies in areas such as talent management and development, employee engagement, culture transformation, and workplace safety. Known for her ability to drive impactful change, Natalia has consistently made a significant positive difference in every organisation she has served.

She previously held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Maxis, and has also worked with leading organisations such as Zaid Ibrahim & Co, the United Nations, CIMB, and Hewlett Packard. With her extensive experience across both Malaysian and multinational contexts, Natalia offers valuable insights on leadership, people strategy, and building resilient organisations in an evolving business landscape.
