Nor Azliza Abd Rahman, known as Liza, brings over two decades of extensive Human Resources expertise, spanning multinational corporations (MNCs) and local organisations, with a primary focus on the financial industry.

Her professional journey commenced at Standard Chartered Bank, where she honed her skills in diverse HR operational roles, subsequently transitioning into strategic positions across various banking institutions. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Affin Hwang Investment Bank and heading Group Talent Management for Affin Group where Liza oversees succession planning, actively contributing to identifying, nurturing and developing the Group’s talent pool.

Liza’s career journey reflects a spectrum of HR functions, demonstrating proficiency in strategic HR, operations, project management and shared services. Notably, Liza is a certified coach accredited by the Malaysian Association, along with being certified “Strengths Coach” from the Gallup organization in the UK.
