Norfazidah Abu Bakar is the Chief Corporate Services Officer in U Mobile and she is responsible for U Mobile’s people matters and corporate administration.

She has 20 years of experience across different functions in Human Resources and throughout her career she has held few vital HR Leadership roles mainly including Chief Human Resource Officer, HR Business Partner, VP Compensation & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.

Prior to joining U Mobile, Norfazidah has also worked with various key industry players in few industries such as Financial Institution, Research, and Information Technology & Services.

Norfazidah graduated from Washington State University, USA, with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resources and Finance.
