Since 2016, Norman oversees talent acquisition, manpower planning, on-boarding, employer branding, HR & recruitment support. He has been promoted numerous times and won several personal and team awards. He is actively grooming his team into managers and leaders.

Previously, Norman worked with Malaysia’s largest MNC recruitment provider to support one of the world largest foreign bank based in Malaysia.
