In his current role as an HR Business Partner, Norman supports business leaders by offering guidance on workforce management, recruitment strategies, and setting performance goals. He also works closely with leaders to identify key roles for succession planning and talent development.

In his previous role leading talent acquisition for RHB Bank across Southeast Asia, Norman helped shape strategies to attract top talent. His efforts in employer branding played a significant role in enhancing the company’s reputation and contributed to earning several industry awards. Norman’s experience in workforce planning ensures the organisation has the right people in place to meet both current and future needs.
