Oi Sin Chok is an accomplished HR professional with a passion for driving business success through effective people strategies. As the HR Director for Carro, Southeast Asia’s largest used car marketplace, Oi Sin leads the development and implementation of HR policies and practices to support the company’s growing operations across the region.

Oi Sin brings with her over 15 years of experience in multinational companies and start-ups, including 7-Eleven, Citibank, Aladdin Street (e-commerce), and TNG Digital (fintech). Her expertise spans a wide range of HR functions, including total rewards, business partnering, HR operations, and organizational design and development.
Prior to joining Carro in 2022, Oi Sin was the Director of People Business Partner and People Experience Centre at Green Packet, where she played a critical role in leading transformation in the HR business partnership, talent acquisition, and employee experience teams.
