Pauline is the Group Chief People Office for Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care. She leads the people transformation and strategy for the company’s Malaysia and Indonesia business. With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources in various companies including Korn/Ferry International, Samsung Malaysia, Hong Leong Management and Hong Leong Bank, she has been both a specialist and a generalist in this field. Pauline has also been in leadership roles spearheading the business in People Space, BTI Consulting and Trilogue Consulting. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from RMIT.

A firm believer in collaboration and collective intelligence, Pauline strives to always bring out the best in teams, drive organizational performance and build strong talent pipelines. She is married with two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
