Ragvinder is a Human Resources practitioner with 26 years of experience working in MNC environments, work cultures and businesses operating across the globe in Manufacturing, Financial Services, FMCG, Shared Services, Information Technology and Security services sector. He started his career as a HR Specialist and moved on to being a HR Business Partner and had the opportunity to work closely with the global and regional leadership team. He is passionate about working on strategic initiatives related to people development, creating organizational impact, simplification of processes, and building highly successful and collaborative teams. In his free time, Ragvinder plays field hockey and enjoys spending time with his family.
