Ramesh Manickam is a seasonal HR practitioner with both regional and global experience in diverse manufacturing and service industries. He is well known for being results-driven and has a track record of implementing cost-effective, value-driven, organisation wide high performing culture.

His vast experience is not limited to HR operations, strategic partnerships, and business partnerships but extends to start-ups, mergers and acquisitions (integration), organisation design, and business process transformation throughout his career. He has extensive expertise in business partnerships, organisation development, and strategic talent management.

Ramesh is a trained MBTI coach and specialised his studies in Human Resources Management. He is currently appointed as the Human Resources Director of Rapid Manufacturing (RPD MFG Connectivity), a new US start-up in Malaysia specialises in global interconnect solutions. He has more than 20 years’ experience with leading global companies including Intel, Flex, Jabil, OSRAM and Lumileds in various HR portfolios.
