Ramon was appointed the Chief People Officer of edotco Group in July 2019. Previously, he has had experience in various senior management positions, having served as Chief HR Officer, VP Organisation Development Asia Pacific, VP Group HR for leading global and local organisations. Prior to joining edotco Group he was Executive Director at PwC SEA Consulting Group, under the People and Organisation umbrella.

Ramon has worked on large scale HR transformations, M&A integrations, developing global talent programmes, staff optimization initiatives and developing organisations in becoming Employer of Choice. He has extensive international exposure having worked across 13 countries in Asia Pacific.
