Great exposure working with various dynamic multinational organizations being in Oil & Gas, FMCG to Automotive.

At present, Reuben is the Head of HR Performance Operations at Mercedes-Benz Malaysia responsible in driving global outsourcing of HR operations, implementing digital HR solutions and other HR efficiency projects across the region.
With a personal mission on life-long learning journey, Reuben is currently practicing being a life coach enabling people and communities around him to capitalize on their strengths.
