Rich Fozi brings over 35 years of extensive Human Resources experience, having worked with multinational corporations and government-linked companies (GLCs) across diverse industries, including automotive, oil and gas, electronics, manufacturing, biotech, chemical, pharmaceutical, and training and consultancy services.

Rich Fozi holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Social Sciences.

He has successfully managed regional and multi-location operations across Asia Pacific and Latin America, overseeing a workforce of over 5,000 employees. ​ With a strong background in the manufacturing sector, Rich Fozi is highly skilled in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, leading transformative initiatives have significantly enhanced efficiency, profitability, and overall company performance. ​

In addition to his HR expertise, Rich Fozi has sharpened his business acumen through exposure to business development, project management, and acquisitions. ​ He has spearheaded numerous successful mergers and acquisitions and demonstrated exceptional innovation by driving organisational transformations, turning companies around to achieve profitability and operational excellence after years of financial losses. ​

Currently he is the Director of Group Human Capital and Corporate Strategy of an automotive company in Malaysia.
