Rich Fozi brings over 35 years of extensive Human Resources experience, having worked with multinational corporations and government-linked companies (GLCs) across diverse industries, including automotive, oil and gas, electronics, manufacturing, biotech, chemical, pharmaceutical, and training and consultancy services.
Rich Fozi holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Social Sciences.
He has successfully managed regional and multi-location operations across Asia Pacific and Latin America, overseeing a workforce of over 5,000 employees. With a strong background in the manufacturing sector, Rich Fozi is highly skilled in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, leading transformative initiatives have significantly enhanced efficiency, profitability, and overall company performance.
In addition to his HR expertise, Rich Fozi has sharpened his business acumen through exposure to business development, project management, and acquisitions. He has spearheaded numerous successful mergers and acquisitions and demonstrated exceptional innovation by driving organisational transformations, turning companies around to achieve profitability and operational excellence after years of financial losses.
Currently he is the Director of Group Human Capital and Corporate Strategy of an automotive company in Malaysia.
