Shaukhi has more than 15 years HR experience in various industries, but predominantly in Hospitality Industry.

He graduated in Engineering and started his career with Hitachi Electronic and Texas Instruments as a technician. He was later transferred to Human Resources department and was fortunate to undergo a proper HR Certificate sponsored by the company with Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management (MIPM) and UMMCED.

He later joined Royal Lake Club and Tan Chong Motor Assemblies as Human Resources Manager. Apart from that, he has work abroad in UK in hospitality industry for few years and continue his path in hospitality industry upon returning to Malaysia.

Started his work as HRM for Vivatel KL, he continues to thrive when he was offered as Director of Talent & Culture with Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar under ACCOR Group. He was so blessed with the opportunity given by the group to be expose as pre-opening team for few hotels and Convention Centre.

Shaukhi expertise is more on pre-opening hotel and convention centre ranging from mass recruitment, setting-up policy and procedures etc. As a true nation, Shaukhi is passionate in developing local talent and guiding all his team members to achieve their career goal.

Creating harmonious work-place environment is one of his main focuses to retain employees. He always believes that “happy employees create happy guests”. With his experiences and knowledge, shaukhi is so enthusiast to guide and develop young graduates to venture onto hospitality industry.
