Shazli is an experienced HR professional with more than 17 years of experience with a proven track record as a leader across industries and geographies. He has delivered work across a wide spectrum including talent management, operational HR, organisational design, leadership development and employee engagement. Constantly at the heart of business transformation, he played a pivotal role in the formation of the Malaysia Singapore cluster for L’Oréal, which was the fastest cluster ever set up for the group. Passionate about the people agenda, he is strong advocate for talent development and building strong, inclusive and forward-thinking workforce. Prior to L’Oréal, Shazli held various other roles including talent management and has worked across different geographies including Cambodia and Hong Kong.
