Wei Jee is the Head of Human Resources at Chubb Insurance Malaysia. She is responsible for driving the company’s people agenda that encompasses growing talents and building people capabilities to achieve business strategic priorities. She has 20 years of experience in the areas of performance management, talent acquisition, development and management, and employee engagement. Wei Jee has held key roles across several multinationals including leading HR function in the SEA countries. She is an ICF trained Coach and holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Wales, Trinity Saint David, UK.
