Her professional experience are in the areas of learning & development, performance management and talent acquisition in various industries such as automotive, logistics and professional services. Currently, as the Vice President of Human Resources at Volvo Malaysia, Tammy led the organization through challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic and organizational re-structuring. She is a strong human resources professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
