Terry started his career from humble beginnings and worked his way up successfully for the past 36 years in various fields from Production, Six Sigma and Human Resource Department to where he is today. He graduated with a Master Degree in Business Administration at Charles Sturt University, Australia. Currently, he is the Vice President of Human Resources at Infineon Technologies, Melaka with a total workforce of approximately 10,000 employees. He is responsible for overseeing the full HR spectrum, supporting BE biz segments, site support functions and cluster functions. He has over 22 years of working experience managing HR organization including taking charge of regional role that helps to strengthen his HR capabilities and competency. With his great enthusiasm and people-oriented mindset, he has effectively introduced numerous HR related programs especially in the aspects of innovative health care services & wellness, optimizing employees’ welfare & benefits and he had also led his HR team to win several awards and recognition notably, the recent HR Excellence Awards.
