Tho Wei started his career as a mechanical engineer and involved in various engineering project management processes, such as tender, design, procurement, operation, testing and commissioning, defect attendance and maintenance works.
Having delivered several iconic projects with brilliant teams, he is passionate in people development agenda and made a career shift to HR, taking lead in talent management, OD and L&D roles. His current involvement put emphasis in driving human capital strategies in alignment with business and corporate needs. In addition, he spearheads various engagement activities to promote company values/ culture and enhance employee experience.
