Tony graduated from the University of Hong Kong, major in Organization and Human Resources Management. During his 17 years Human Resources experience in diversified companies, such as Samsung Electronics, Lenovo, Schneider Electric, Deloitte, he leads sizable team to support business growth by delivering excellent HR operations, Talent Acquisition, Culture diversification and design business-oriented people strategy, result in high level employee experience and engagement. Currently, Tony is taking charge of regional HR management of KIBING Group, and continuous contribute to employee satisfaction in this world-class glass manufactory group.
