Tracy comes from 18 years of extensive Human Resource experiences across diversified industries in services, aviation, and manufacturing. She is currently holding the position of Head of HR Operations for Nexperia Malaysia, leading a team of 50 team members. She focuses on driving the team forward through HR transformation and digitalization.

With a strong background from well-known MNCs, she developed a strong passion to drive high performing culture through driving strategic business partners, performance management, talent pipeline through engaging and developing, workforce planning, project management and much more.

She is a strong advocate for Diversity, Equality and Inclusion who demonstrated her involvements in various Employee Resource Groups by leading and setting up the team of Women Leadership Network, Young Professionals Advocates, People with Disabilities/Caregiver Advocates and more.
