Umasuten Karisnan is the head of HR for Lattice Semiconductor Malaysia and Singapore with more than 20 years of local, regional and global human resources and operational management and leadership experience spanning organizational capability and development, employee engagement/relations, shared services centre, payroll, employee tax, benefits, relocation, employee reimbursements, employee data management, call centre support, equity, compensation and benefits, retention, talent acquisition and delivery. In his current role, he is working with the leadership team to hire, integrate and develop scores of engineers involved in cutting-edge technology in powering the world. His focus areas are on building the strategies to develop high performing team in making Lattice Semiconductor the powerhouse of engineering design globally.
