As Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Everlife Chemopharm Group of Companies, he sits on the Executive Leadership Team, providing strategic direction, supporting the Board of Directors and Shareholders in driving long-term value creation and business success across Southeast Asia.

Prior to his current role, Vignesh led General Electric (GE) Healthcare Malaysia’s HR function and served as the Organisation & Talent Development Leader. Vignesh has held multiple leadership roles with Deloitte, L’Oréal, and British American Tobacco (BAT), where he spearheaded strategic HR initiatives that drove measurable business impact.

Recognised for his leadership and contributions, Vignesh has received numerous accolades for his work in advancing people development and organisational excellence.
