Vinod Rai is a seasoned HR professional known for transformation through business partnering, Organisation design and Employee relations transformation. At present based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where he is heading HR function for Kellogg’s South East Asia Business and also Partnering with AMEA Supply Chain function. Prior to this assignment, he was in Johannesburg, South Africa heading HR for Kellogg’s Sub Saharan Africa Business. Vinod in his 20+ years of HR experience has led multiple roles with four well known matrix organisations – Kellogg’s, Procter & Gamble, Marico & Cadbury’s. Business transformation, managing complex labour relations challenges and organisation design are some of his key expertise. He loves coaching and mentoring too.
