Head People & Culture David Jansen has more than 20 years of HR experience. In his professional career, he was with Shell Malaysia for 14 years, PwC, Nando\u2019s and currently now with Rotiboy as the Head People & Culture.<\/p>\n He started off his career as a waiter in the entertainment industry where he was also doing Deejay in his early days.
