Executive Vice President, Head of Talent Attraction and Workplace Futurisation Sophia Ang is the Executive Vice President, Head of Talent Attraction and Workplace Futurisation at Maybank. Graduated in Biotechnology, she joined the banking industry as a management trainee in Maybank and has since taken on multiple roles within the Bank.<\/p>\n In her current role, she leads the design, strategy and implementation of Maybank Group\u2019s employer brand and planning initiatives for on-ground and digital activations. Sophia also heads the design and recruitment of Maybank\u2019s Group marque management trainee programme \u2013 the Global Maybank Apprentice (GMAP), a 2-year rotational programme as well as the Chief Designer of the award-winning international student competition – The Maybank GO Ahead. Challenge (MGAC).<\/p>\n Sophia looks into the future of work, workplace, and workforce \u2013 as a response to the challenges and opportunities brought about by the 4th Industrial Revolution and the current unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic.
