General Manager, Group Human Capital Pamelyn Iman Ngalih, General Manager, Group Human Capital of UMW Corporation has more than 13 years of work experience in human resource in the areas of performance management, learning and development, HR operations setup and talent management across vast sectors including oil and gas, government-linked companies and financial institutions.<\/p>\n Prior to UMW Corporation, she was the Director of Graduate Talent Management in CIMB Bank where she was responsible in helping the organization attract, retain and develop young fresh talents. Prior to that she was with Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat (SPAD) where her last position was the Acting Head of Human Resource. In SPAD, Pamelyn was responsible for transforming the human resource function to become a true strategic business partner through elimination of non-value adding activities and strengthening of human resource infrastructure, systems, policies and processes.
