Azaharin Abd Latiff is currently the Senior Vice President of Group HR for AmBank Group. Azaharin is a seasoned HR professional with more than 25 years HR experience in various industries but predominantly in Financial Institutions, where he spent more than 20 years in Malaysia and overseas, serving various local and international financial institutions.
Azaharin is known for his expertise in Employment Branding, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Experience, including HR project and transformation. He was instrumental in establishing financial institutions HR Regional Centre of Excellence, and HR Global Shared Service Centre. Since mid 2020, he has also been assigned as the Project Director for AmBank Group HR Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation Project.<\/p>\n
