AXA Affin General Insurance<\/h5>\n

Pearl is the Head of Strategic Initiatives, Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition, currently leading two different COEs within the People Office Division in AXA Affin General Insurance Bhd (AXA).<\/p>\n

Her role in leading the Employee Experience team is to drive people and organisational culture strategy that will support and align with AXA\u2019s strategic plan to become the Most Inspiring Company to work for.<\/p>\n

Pearl was also given the opportunity to oversee and lead the Talent Acquisition team since August 2021, driving the organisation\u2019s talent acquisition and recruitment strategy in meeting business demand.<\/p>\n

Pearl is a firm believer of growth mindset where it is also the key recipe of where she is today. Her favourite quote has always been \u201cwhen life gives you lemon, makes lemonade!\u201d<\/p>\n

Prior to AXA, Pearl was a Management Trainee in Virogreen UK, while her career in Malaysia began when she joins Samsung Malaysia and progressed within the Employee Engagement & IR function for 4 years before she moved on to AXA.<\/p>\n
