Tracy has over 20 years of HR and generalist experience, formerly with DHL Express, Fraser and Neave Holdings where she led the performance, talent development and acquisition portfolios for the South East Asia region.<\/p>\n

Over her extensive career, Tracy worked with forward thinking CEOs and held HR leadership positions in the R.E.A.L Education Group, Cummins, Scott & English where she played critical roles in merger integrations, setting up and harmonizing HR platforms of multiple business entities while transforming the business in the Malaysia market catchment areas.<\/p>\n

Her early career exposure in business partnering included BAT Malaysia and International SOS where she contributed to the successful delivery of HR development projects that include HR processes, systems and policies, HR Analytics, L&D, Compensation and Benefits. Tracy advocates for employee mental well-being, personal growth and flexible work arrangements which is part of a positive corporate culture.<\/p>\n
