Barry is a seasoned international HR leader with over 15 years of experience shaping people strategy across complex, global organisations. His career spans multiple industries\u2014including Oil & Gas, IT, and Telecommunications\u2014where he has led large-scale HR transformation, built high-performing teams, and elevated end-to-end employee experiences.<\/p>\n

Originally from the UK and based in Malaysia since 2023, Barry currently leads HR for Hilti Asia IT Services, where he is driving strategic workforce transformation and modernising HR capability.<\/p>\n

Alongside this, he serves as Global HR Business Partner for Global IT and is a core member of Hilti\u2019s Global HR Transformation team, contributing to enterprise-wide change initiatives that align people, technology, and business performance.<\/p>\n
