Zacharias Rajagopal is currently the Vice President – Human Resources with Bumi Armada leading Human Resources in Malaysia, Indonesia, Angola, Malta, UK, Astrakhan and Turkmenistan. He has over 16 years of Human Resources experience having worked with industries such like Aviation, Banking, FMCG, Property Development and Hospitality having worked with General Electric (GE), Citibank, Dutch Lady, Sunway Resorts and Hotels, Hard Rock Hotel and Marriott Hotels.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management and currently pursuing his Masters in Human Resources Management. Certified Train The Trainer (TTT), Certified in the Advanced National Training with Royal Rangers Malaysia, Certified Member of the Malaysian Institute of Management, Malaysian Institute of Human Resources Management, Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS), Associate Member of the Society of Human Resources Management(SHRM) and the Industry Advisory Panel (IAP) for the National Energy University.

Hence, being a fun person, highly enthusiastic, adventurous, practical, direct, straight forward are his natural traits and strongly believes in being different, challenging the status quo looking at doing things better each day.
