Adrian Chow

Adrian Chow joined Bank of Singapore in 2009 as Learning & Development (L&D) Manager. He assumed the role of Head for L&D in 2010. Under his watch, Bank of Singapore’s training and assessment programmes were of one first in Singapore to be accredited under The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore’s (IBF) Standards for Wealth Management.

In 2015, Adrian was appointed the lead HR Business Partner team for the Bank’s support functions, responsible for various organisational strategic initiatives such as talent development, leadership succession planning and employee engagement. He has also led the bank’s HR governance team, which looks at the design of practices, policies, and procedures to support the overall business strategy with a view to attract new talent, retain and motivate existing employees in the organization.

Adrian has more than 20 years of private banking experience across various roles including product development, client relationship management, learning and development and human resource management.

Adrian holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics (Management Studies) from University of London and is a IHRP Senior Professional.
