Alesxis anchors her professional experience with over 20 years in leadership positions across the fields of sales & marketing, service operations and change management. While she has the privilege of calling Singapore her home, she spent a large proportion of her life living and working across the globe and that has enabled her to be the integrator of the many nationalities and cultures. 

She has honed her strong domain knowledge in sales acumen, service and change transformation and customer experience in her time with some of the leading luxury hotel groups. During her time as a consultant, she leveraged her strength to support organisations in various industries: airports, business space solution, financial institution, oil and gas to transform their service and sales culture.

In her current role with Far East Hospitality as their Head, Learning and Service Quality, Alesxis’ key focus includes cultivating the values of the organisation and upskilling the workforce to be future ready through training, colleague engagement and coaching.

Alesxis is an ICF certified professional coach.
