As the People and Communities Lead for Cisco Asia Pacific, Japan and China, Anupam works with business leaders to create and align HR solutions that enable performance and accelerate Cisco’s growth. She is responsible for developing the talent and people’s strategy with a specific focus on ensuring that teams are equipped to build the best talent and workplace culture. Anupam has been a strategic part of Cisco’s operations for over a decade. She has worked in different roles, including Head of People & Communities for Cisco India & SAARC, HR Leader for the Engineering (India), and HR leader, Customer Experience (Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China). She is particularly passionate about developing talent and leadership, transforming organizations to drive productivity and engagement, and promoting an inclusive and diverse workplace. She has been a strong voice in this space and continuously shares her thought leadership in various forums both internal and external to Cisco.
