Carolyn is the Human Resource Director, Asia Pacific for Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) based in Singapore. She brings over 15 years of rich experience in the Human Resources field, with specialty in change management, organisational development, talent acquisition & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

Having worked in Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and Singapore, Carolyn accumulated her wealth of experience in industries ranging from Human Resources Consulting, healthcare consulting, and property to construction. She holds a Master’s Degree with High Distinction in Human Resource Management and a First class honours Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development.
