Throughout her career, Christina has demonstrated a unique ability to align HR strategies with business goals, consistently driving significant reductions in recruitment spending while improving talent retention. Her extensive background includes leadership roles at SGK and Miele, as well as founding a boutique executive search firm. Christina is recognised for her expertise in executive search, data analytics, and cross-country team leadership.
