A seasoned and versatile HR professional with more than 25 years of broad HR experience in diverse industries, Dawn is a trusted business partner amongst her senior leaders and stakeholders in areas concerning people, leadership and organization change management. Dawn is passionate about building HR capabilities; supporting her teams in people development initiatives that drive performance improvement & sustainable growth.
Dawn graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, major in Human Resource Management.
