Elaine is a seasoned HR practitioner with a three-decade career in the public service that cuts across different industries including the utilities, environmental and infocomm technology. She has delved into various HR fields spanning workforce planning, talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management and career development.

Elaine advocates bringing the best employee experience to the organisation and her team. Recognising the value that each individual brings, she believes in enabling them to realise their potential. Underpinning her commitment to groom a successor for each role that she undertakes is her belief in growing the HR community. She constantly seeks to guide her younger colleagues, accelerating their professional growth and positioning them for a fulfilling career in HR.

Elaine has a feisty six-year old son who keeps her young and energetic. As a working mother of a young child, she experiences firsthand the challenges of achieving work-life integration, which is core to building employee experience in a successful organisation.
