Eng Hui is the Senior Director of Human Resources, IT & Cybersecurity, and sits with the Management Team at Systems on Silicon Manufacturing (SSMC), a Wafer Fab Foundry joint venture between NXP and TSMC. He has enjoyed more than 18 years of experience in HR across diverse industries, including Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Life Sciences, ICT, and Semiconductor Manufacturing.

Responsible for the full HR spectrum, he journeys with the people through their employee lifecycles, partners with the business to provide strategic foresight and solutions around people matters, and provides management oversight to the IT & Cybersecurity Department.

In addition, Eng Hui is a member of the SEMI SEA Workforce Development Council and a representative in the Human Resources Management Congress (HRMC), a local forum for HR Leaders in the Manufacturing Industry.
