Eswaran brings with him more than a decade of strategic HR leadership experience in organizational design, HR transformation, employee experience, driving productivity, talent development and change management for global multi-ethnic organizations in the Retail, Hospitality, F & B, and the Wellness industry in Asia, Australia & the UK. He is passionate about people and technology and is a firm believer that sustainable organizational excellence can only be achieved by seamless collaboration of business function, technology and people. Besides work he is equally passionate about football (Liverpool fan with a tattoo) and being a supportive father and friend to his sons which in a way shapes his leadership style.
