Frieda Koh has over 20 years of cross-industry knowledge with deep expertise in end-to-end HR lifecycle from a country and regional perspective. She also has in-depth experience in M&A and business transformation. Frieda now leads HR for ASEAN Cluster & Indonesia at Kimberly Clark as Senior HR Director, D&E Markets.

Frieda joined Kimberly-Clark (K-C) in 2015 and in her tenure has held multiple HR leadership roles. In 2020, she led the HR workstream in the acquisition of PT Softex Indonesia, Kimberly-Clark’s largest deal since 1996 at a deal size of $1.2B and a crossover of over 5000 employees. In her current role, she continues to provide strategic HR business partnership, leading the people and culture agenda to support growth priorities in ASEAN as well as continuing to drive value realization from the Softex acquisition.
