With a career of 25 years spanning nearly the entire HR spectrum across diverse industries and cultures, Gagan enjoys partnering with business and HR leaders to deliver desired business outcomes through HR strategy, programs, and analytics. He is passionate about creating a culture of empathy, accountability, innovation, and data-based decision within the HR domain.

Gagan began his journey with Infosys Technologies in 1999 and was based in London as the HR Business Partner for the EMEA region. Following a move to New Delhi in 2007 he switched to NDTV, one of India’s most prominent television and digital networks where he was the CHRO until 2015. Gagan moved to Hong Kong in 2016 and has held various global HR roles at Schneider Electric.

Located in Singapore since 2022, he is currently VP – People Insights and Data Excellence, which encompasses global people data, analytics, cybersecurity, and workforce planning.

Gagan holds degrees in English literature and Business management.
