Gloria is a seasoned human resources leader with over 20 years of experience. She’s a strategic thinker and thought leader, partnering with top management executives to drive organisational development and cultivate high-performance cultures. Known for her exceptional execution and commitment to leading by example, Gloria’s influence extends beyond her role. She was recognised in SwedCham’s #candid: 100 Perspectives on Gender Equality in Singapore, advocating for gender equality beyond the norm. Her insights on strategic HR as a business partner, rather than a support function, were also published in the Straits Times #1 Best Seller, #RewriteTheRules.

Currently, she leads the global Human Resources function for Ikano Retail, an IKEA franchisee. Gloria holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Temple University and is a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
