Huaiwen Chen is a seasoned HR practitioner with more than 20 years of combined experience at companies including Procter & Gamble and Estée Lauder. As an HR executive, Huaiwen has deep experience in organizational design, change management, talent acquisition and development, inclusive of marketing, sales, plant and distribution operations environments with large and diverse employee populations. He has a truly diverse background, studied Human Capital Management in the Singapore Human Resources Institute, and Master of General Management at Macquarie University in Australia, having worked and lived in China, Australia, Thailand, Singapore.
