Jack is the People and Culture Lead, managing a team that is responsible for the global people operations and experience for Circles. Together with his team, they spearhead the entire employee lifecycle from the pre-onboarding process, the first 90 days of onboarding experience to the graduation of Circles employees. His diverse talent background and self-starter attitude enabled him to build and scale people function from scratch. His ability to relate to employees, strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking abilities were pivotal in his fast-tracked career.
